Hike for Health with Painting and Swimming at Alsea Falls

**** Heat Advisory **** Meet at the Alsea Fall trail head sign with map. Bring water, some snacks or a lunch and paint supplies if you prefer to use your own. If you would like to swim bring proper clothing and towel. Small canvas and paint will be provided by Peacful Valley. Hike is about 30 one way. Painting and swimming will be about 45 minutes to 1 hour so expect 2+ hours for full hike plus drive time. We're excited to see you there.
