Wisdom Walks

Arrive 30 minutes early for a pre-trip yoga session - depending on weather conditions. If heavy rain we will likely not do yoga before the hike. Sweet Creek Falls trail is fairly short, about 1 hour there and 1 hour back. Once back in the parking lot near the trail head we will cook a quick lunch for everyone. Feel free to bring a snack to add! Dress properly depending on weather. Please carpool if possible. Reach out for carpool opportunities. See you there!!
